COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This college preparatory course focuses on key biological concepts such as biochemistry, cellular biology, genetics, evolution, ecology, and human physiology.

Lectures, laboratory activities, individual & group presentations, and dissections are used to emphasize the scientific concepts related to living things.

This course meets the California State University and University of California laboratory requirement for Life Science.
